We celebrated Onam on 5th Sept 2014. The celebrations started with the setting up of an attractive floral decoration (pookkalam) in the reception area. Students from all the classes took part in different games like ‘Sundarikku pottukuthal’, drawing an elephant’s tail, passing the ball etc. Thiruvathirakkali by female teachers and the arrival of Mahabali accompanied by the beats of the panchavadyam were well-received by the audience. At last we distributed ‘Payasam’ to our children.
